Is your unit hoping to go on more camping trips this year, plan a pizza party, or purchase new gear? Whatever your goals, make this your Ideal Year of Scouting! Make sure to Sign Up and attend the Council Kick-offs to receive an automatic increase on your Popcorn commission. The Timberline District Popcorn Team will also be hosting a Popcorn Sales Training for new and veteran Popcorn Kernels to come learn and share experience. More info to come!
If you didn't get the chance to attend the first Timberline Webelos Adventure, you missed out on a beautiful weekend full of fun and excitement! There was fire starting, knot tying, knife safety, and more! We even had a Scouting unit from China visit and attend the closing camp fire. Check out the Timberline Facebook page for event photos, and other district information! Send questions and suggestions about the page to Timothy Hardy.

The Timberline District would like to help ensure your Unit is successful throughout the year, by challenging you to year-round recruiting in your unit. This will not only grow the membership in your unit, but will also grow your adult leadership.
Anytime you want to invite youth to your unit meeting or activity, simply submit the Sign Up for Scouting Night Materials Request Form and the District Membership team will prepare flyers, stickers, yard signs, buddy cards, and other materials for you. We are here to help you and to ensure that every youth has the opportunity to sign up for Scouting.
2015 Investment in Character
By making an Investment in Character, you are investing in better outcomes for an entire generation, serving the future of our communities, our economy and our nation. In a world where reality and perception are increasingly defined through media and technology, Scouting inspires and engages youth to take charge of their own lives, providing real and hands-on experiences.
You can make your contribution now to the Timberline District and/or you can ensure that every family in your unit has the opportunity to support Scouting, by scheduling your unit's annual Investment in Character Presentation (Blue and Gold, Court of Honor or other heavily attended family meetings are best). Please fill out the form to reserve your presentation date and presenter.
